1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Daemonstack (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What we provide
Daemonstack generates configuration packs (CLAUDE.md, agents, skills, hooks) for Claude Code based on your onboarding answers, plus access to a course and a Q&A community. The Service runs on your own Claude subscription (BYOK). We do not host LLM inference.
3. Account
You're responsible for the security of your account. Don't share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Payment
Daemonstack is a one-time payment of $59 USD for lifetime access. Payment is processed by Stripe.
All sales are final. Because the product is a digital download (Starter Pack zip) and immediate access to course content and community, refunds are not available after purchase. Review the public landing, free modules, and community before buying.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the generated packs for your own projects and your team. You may not:
- Redistribute or resell the generated packs as a standalone product
- Use the Service for illegal activities or to harm others
- Abuse our infrastructure (excessive automation, scraping)
- Post content in the Community that's defamatory, infringing, or off-topic
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The templates, course content, and platform are owned by Daemonstack. Your generated pack is yours to use, modify, and adapt for your own projects.
Content you post in the Community remains yours, but by posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the Service.
7. Community rewards
Answers validated by the Daemonstack admin earn the author 1 month of pro access. We reserve sole discretion to validate answers. Multiple accounts to farm rewards are prohibited.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that generated packs will work perfectly in every project or that the Service will be uninterrupted. The packs are starting points to adapt, not finished products.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daemonstack's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
